Mika Lange is responsible for GRP/CFRP recycling and in charge of purchasing and sales for neowa GmbH.
From 2009 through 2014 he worked for the Zajons Group as waste flow manager. Prior to that he served as sales manager for various recyclers in northern Germany. He has been working in the industry for nearly 20 years, obtaining in-depth knowledge in the fields of scrap and hazardous waste disposal and also in project management.
Mika Lange has been working for neowa GmbH since it was founded in 2014. He has been a member of the management team since 2017.

Jens Monsees is project manager and responsible for the “Wind Power Projects” department at neowa GmbH.
Jens Monsees has had various technical and commercial responsibilities in the wind energy industry since 2001. He has many years of experience in servicing, project planning and sales of complex systems. Jens Monsees has extensive experience in setting up maintenance, service and installation services.
Since 2011 he has been working as a key account manager and project manager in the repowering area, for Voith Industrial Services and SSCWind GmbH, among others.
Jens Monsees complements our activities in the field of rotor blade recycling with his skills and therefore from now on we can also plan and implement entire wind turbine dismantling projects. Our goal with Jens Monsees is to make it easier for our customers to communicate with neowa GmbH ... "one-face-to-the-customer"

Anke Schulze deals with all administrative tasks of neowa GmbH. In addition, she is responsible for the bookkeeping in our company.
In the Zajons Group she was also responsible for this extensive field of functions during the period from 2010 to the beginning of 2015.
Anke Schulze has many years of experience in the secretarial field as well as in the accounts receivable / accounts payable and financial department, which she gained in various industries.

Elke Krause’s works mainly in our accounts receivable/payable department. She supports Anke Schulze with her general administrative tasks and represents her when she is away from the office.
Before joining neowa GmbH, Elke Krause worked at a number of different companies where she covered all the different accounting areas.

Mónica Gomes de Almeida has decided to face the challenge posed by a new range of tasks following many years of experience in the controlling, accounts receivable/payable and financial accounting area.

Ivana Peters works as a material planner in our Order Management division and mainly supports neowa GmbH’s national customers.
Apart from this, she also supports our accounting section, where required.
Before Ivana Peters joined neowa GmbH, she spent many years working as a forwarding agent for a forwarding company in Hamburg that was active on the international stage.
